Is SR-17018 actually legal?

Or would I have a problem if someone found it in a package? I don't know what to believe anymore with the analogue laws and all the other BS from the governement.
 
f3ds do not give a shit about anything below sched 2 unless you're ordering bulk amounts and even if SR fell under the analogue act it would be analogous of a sched 3. if it got found, you'd never hear anything from it - hell, they may even pass it your way in the end but this is more typical of customs ime.

technically speaking, both SR compounds are not federally scheduled anywhere on the planet at this point in time, obviously you would want to err on the side of caution if you're sending to areas like the Phillipines or something like that.
