I know this isn't about buying legit meds, but I recently lost a friend of mine to carfentanil. The stuff sold on the street, you just don't know what it is. He thought it was a simple, low-dose (is there such a thing?) shot of heroin. Well there turned out to be a salt grain size of carfentil (the ELEPHANT TRANQUILIZER) laced in. This stuff is scary. A speck can kill. Just wanted to share my grief and warning.

@jsf926 MY SINCEREST APOLOGIES FOR YOUR LOSS...TRUST ME I KNOW EXACTLY HOW YOU FEEL! I was on IV heroin for years but it was a decade ago before they started adding carfentanil and other killers. I was at the methadone clinic for around 9 years (I started at age 16-had to have a parental waiver for the first two years) and I live in a VERY SMALL town where privacy and HIPPA DO NOT exist and I was so embarrassed to be there. Then tried coming down and the clinic I went to was the kind that goes the distance to MAKE YOU STAY! Finally went to a two week detox months ago and near getting off it and I look back on the HELL it ALL put me through from dealing with the methadone clinic to the detox and IM VERY THANKFUL bc I know what could have happened if Id stayed on the same road.

there are over 5,000 patients at that clinic and keeping take homes is like trying to spin hay into gold so most of the time I went everyday and b/c they were too cheap to enlarge the building there'd be people lined up so far inside theyd go through and count and if there were so many people theyd shove everyone above a certain number (it was determined by the fire marshall per size of the building but IDK the exact number) out the door. Didnt matter if it was below zero and freezing rain or a blizzard, you stood outside until you made it back in from people leaving. Then they had me on such a high dose it took MONTHS of calling detoxes all over the USA before I finally fpund ONE place that would do it. Hardest two n 1/2 weeks of my life then came home and was still so bad I had to go on subs but instead of taking as directed I took em ONLY when I couldnt take anymore and I was supposed to be there 2 yrs and bc I took as little as possible (heck, I lsiterally failed aDT bc the sub wwsnt in my system-thats how little aI take) Ill be out in 1-3 months, which is less than a year and I have 0 cravings/WD even when I go 2-3 weeks w/o the sub & ZERO desire to go back...I dont even want Tylenol w/Cod!

But, in the years I was going through all that I lost 18 friends to OD, 2 to murder, 3 went missing (they had turned to prostitution so who k ows where they are or if theyre even alive), and 1 currently on life support (been on it for over a year, considered brain dead but the parents just cant let go-not that I can blame em but realistically theyre waiting on a miracle that will never happen). So, like you, I know were not supposed to discuss that level of drug BUT I BELIEVE the rule is meant for talking about it in a good way or how to obtain it. Stories like this SHOULD be allowed bc it keeps people on what they can get thats safer - which Id say 99.9% is real and if anything underdosed, not over and that means this site keeps people safe!

People are going to do ALL forms of drugs as long as they can get access and I dont believe for a second there are too many people on this site that didnt buy locally first-many buying sched 1+2, if not only the MEDICATIONS discussed on this page were allowed but even sched 1+2, those could be reviewed and analyzed and possibly made safer for the buyers just like the MEDICATIONS discussed-I just wish LEAs would see that! Kinda like legalizing pot (which Ive written too much already, get me started on that and Ill still be typing this time tomorrow!) But TOTAL LEGALIZATION could solve SO MANY problems, Ill NEVER understand how everyone doesnt realize that!

Again, sincere condolences!
