Igf-1 solution uses acetic acid and dilutes with bacteriostatic. That's vinegar, typically 3%. People use lemon juice for certain things but it's not without issues. And in the case of igf-1 that's not iv either.
Honestly id.try a sub-q shot if it were me. 3% benzyl alcohol will kill most pathogens In injectables. They are typically filtered .22um.
A standardized solution first and see if it settles anything out of solution. I would toss the mud if so.
Dry materials typically displace about .75 ml/g and purity is never 100 so it's kinda guerrilla compounding
