for weight loss...anyone try it or heard of using it for thatr?

nobody knows about kava?  I seen it talked on the board but i heard it can help with weight loss too and just wondered?

I have a bag of powdered kava concentrate, but I've not opened it since I bought it months ago, been concerned about possible interactions. I really should get around to trying it. But I did a bit of research as it was relatively hard to aquire, I dud find many debates whether it caused weight loss or not,  but the arguements seemed inconclusive to me. Have a look around though and see what you come up with.

Why are you afraid to use it..I used it like twenty yrs back...i bought the capsules over the counter....they helped at the time with leg cramps i got from standing 16 hours  DAY On my feet..
