long story short, my gf suffers from depression and ptsd..She never used a drug in her life until about 2 years ago 36 now..we went to miami for a music festival and she decided to give some things a try.  a couple of weeks later i had some left over ketamine and we decided one night to just hang out and use some. the next day she told me she never felt so at ease with herself.. after doing some research i saw that some doctors are you using off label for depression so she has been taking a couple times a week not a whole lot but enough. My question is i know its downgrading her nmda receptors. does anyone know of anyway to maybe help repair them. I read somewhere that IGF-1 can help, but if anyone knows other ideas id be glad to hear them

If this thread in the wrong place feel free to move it

I did a little research, but please let me state clearly up front, that these are not my words, but found the exact same thing in several places that state it works.... so take it for what it's worth.  Could be worth nothing, could be the money shot to recovery for her IDK.  But you might want to check into it.  I do not know much about the particular product that your GF used, other than slight common knowledge.  Anyhow, here's what I found in multiple sources.  I would strongly recommend NOT to just go ahead and try this but get if not professional medical advice about it, get multiple other informed opinions about it.  Best of luck.  S-

DXM & Salvia put me in a 4 year psychosis that I thought I would never get out of. I have first hand experience with this so please take my advice on this. Obtain the following supplements and take them daily:

- NAC (n-acetyl- cysteine) 2g
- Glycine 5g
- Piracetam 1g
- Hypothalmex (by standard process)

And if you can find it (from a doctor or otherwise), get some SUBOXONE/buprenorphine. It's a kappa opioid blocker and completely cured my dissociation within 5 minutes of taking it, nothing else compares and I'm seriously hoping the FDA will approve it for depersonalization disorder, anxiety, and depression because it's a miracle. Let me know if this helps you, because they really helped me out. The Piracetam & NAC will help repair your NMDA system.

thank you for the post, ive been on the internet so much looking for something to help the repair.  I have a way better chance of her taking these than the igf-1 being that those are oral and igf is an inject

I love this about ket, however its dangerous to use daily, bladder problems dont sound like fun...

I know this is an old topic but I used to love ketamine. The first time I had it was in the hospital when I had to have a medical abortion at 6 months. Long story but it was necessary. I was on Suboxone at the time and they tried morphine and fentanyI but nothing helped the pain so they gave me ketamine. I loved it and wanted to do it again. I used to get it from moda and top ten. It was great for a while, it was like some weird beautiful trip but only lasted like 20 minutes. So I kept injecting it inter muscular literally all weekend me and my then husband would do this. After about the third week I was bleeding from my rectum. I'm not talking about a little blood but a whole lot of blood. It was destroying my bladder and started causing intense stomach pains that were so bad I wanted to die! I was losing so much blood I finally went to the ER and at first I lied about what was going on, but that didnt last long when they got my Urine screen and blood panels back. I can't remember the meds they gave me or if they even stopped the bleeding, but it did stop when I discounted using it. It has done some minor damage to my bladder and my hepatic panel was through the roof. I already had hepatitis c (  thanks to Harvoni) my hep seems to be gone. I have never did it again since my trip to the hospital and everything is back to normal. Weird thing is that my ex had no problems with it at all. There was no withdrawal just a mental one. But after that experience I'll never use it again.

Use K3tamin3 to help with depression. I couldn't think of anything worse to use ime. It can make your depression worse whiles on it.Know matter what dose you take, once that negative thought pattern kicks in you just have to wait for the k to wear off, and hope things seem better after

I can't agree with you both of you but benzod, you are spot on like me. When I was waiting for my orders to come in my entire day was spent waiting for my mailman and if it wasn't in there my entire day was ruined. It's a total mindfuc$ which did leave to major depression and increase drinking and drugging. The psychological addiction to it was worse than any drug I have ever used. And I pretty much believe I have used all!
