I am doing my best to answer you but it gets really confusing if you open a separate support ticket or start a new mail thread for every question you have. We answer many support tickets each day and when there is a fresh issue without context where you refer indirectly to something you mentioned over another channel it takes a lot of time to figure out whats going on. Better to stick to one form of communication.
