How do you guys think this will change the landscape for the US markets? Any loopholes you guys see? Any suggestions for those who might be involved in these current markets? What strategies can be levied for those involved? Do you think we will see a resurgence of sinths or incense taking the market again? Are there herbs you might consider spraying with sinths? Really I just want to turn this into a topic of discussion around this new law that is closing up the teehaychseeeA and Δ9 industry. Feel free to talk smack about the US here, we be shooting ourselves in the foot daily here.
 
I think it's total bullshit. But from what I am hearing if it stays as is I believe we have a year from when it was signed before it takes effect. I do think some thca vendors will still ship and take the chance and some will probably go to discord or another app. But if you want to stock up, now is the time. I know of a site I have had good luck with in the past. They have 35% for Cyber Monday. I even get their cheap greenhouse GG4 and it exceeded my expectations. thcaking.com is the site. 35% and you can get some pretty good deals. Now it's not the best thca you can buy but it's cheap and works fine. And if something is wrong they are fast to reship or refund.
 
Be cautious my friend with providing links, this was not the intent of the thread @Admin I like your thoughts though and I would love to hear more about the ideas one might come up with regards to the potential loopholes.
 
Pretty ironic the party of 'freedom' and individual liberty is starting up the drug war again. Lately its been more like cutting off a leg than just shooting in the foot. Literal clown society and everyone who voted for him is a clown / p3do supporter
 
This is the time when everybody needs to come together and realize that you can literally realize that a medical card means nothing if you go to a neighboring state. We have got to come together as a people and get this resolved. From what I understand and I have pretty good sources… Even the dispensaries are concerned because the THC amount they put in this bill affects them as well. This puts them open to having the feds kick in the door and charge everybody with Rico. All of this was completely done to make the alcohol producers happy. Mitch McConnell, even as much as said it. They even showed a chart showing the amount of alcohol sales that has gone down since legalization in pretty much 70% of the states where medicinally or recreationally passed. We are right back to where we started. The fact that the dispensaries still have to pay taxes in cash is enough to let you know that at any given time the rug can be pulled right out from underneath them. They left it up to interpretation and made the amount of THC so insignificant that once again, most legal states are going to be in violation just for that reason. On top of that farmers are not sure what to do because they were getting ready to harvest and they don’t know if they should turn their crop over or what. They got abandoned as well here. I’m hoping the farmers have had it enough by now. I’m sorry to get on a rant here, but this goes back to the problem with all of it. I guess there’s a part of me that wishes we would just go ahead and ban alcohol. You notice they don’t talk about the number of car fatalities or alcohol fatalities. Nobody ever wants to talk about what we’re gonna do about our incarceration problem. The fact that we incarcerated more people that any other country. The fact that the bureau of prisons is already screaming, they don’t have the money to house the elderly they have. Instead we go back to prohibition and longer sentences. It would literally take one vote for them to make this right. However, they don’t have the guts to do it. Instead, they will keep banning everything from kratom to CBD to whatever. They are giving the elderly and chronic pain patients absolutely no choice.
