LLs and Registered Mail

A lot of my purchase deliveries are received via registered mail which I have to sign.  If any deliveries should be intercepted by LE, would they still send me a LL or would they deliver it and see if I sign for it and then pounce?  I have always wondered about this when deliveries are made via registered mail.  Has anyone received a LL when registered mail was being used?  Thanks in advance... :surprised:

question on top of question , does po carriers acknowledge when delivering a LL mail to your home address or box address, do they take notice and say oh that's a such and such letter, and than the next you order something the same route carrier that delivers your mail do they start to become suspicious, do they know what those letters are too?? would they report back on packages they feel are risk? j/w i am in similar situation

I've gotten a LL directly from my postmans hand, it could have been a bill for all he knew or cared.  I've gotten packages opened and covered in customs tape that were registered mail, postman didn't even bat an eye.  They see that stuff all the time, even if they looked and saw it was a letter from customs, that could mean you ordered a fake gucci purse for all they know.  I would not worry too much about my local carrier raising a federal investigation into my mail unless it was stinky drugs.
