Looking for advice on Methadone

I have been prescribed methadone for kidney disease and doctor is cutting me way down. I’m sick and need to find some online hopefully 😪

 
How much are you prescribed for kidney disease? Sorry if im being invasive im just curious as im prescribed 60ml a day from my doc for drug detox from H and dont know anybody on it for kidney disease

The big near-half-pound slab of Hersheys Symphony bar with the BLUE label is hands down the best mainstream chocolate bar in America. You folks over across the pond kill it with Cadbury’s and I won’t deny it’s the best but those damn blue symphonies have me hooked.
