Hello! New to the forum as a member, but I've used this site before to lurk/review vendors.

There seems to be some sort of pattern here; every time stuff gets rocky with shipments, missed deliveries, or a pile of refund requests, it always cycles back around. Honestly, watching this routine play out since 2021 has been wild. Just something to keep in mind when making plans.
