I used to drink heavy about 10 years ago but have stopped and been through a treatment program. I have asked my doctor to remove this from my medical record and he said ok but it would still be on my past record. If I change doctors would the new doctor be able to see all this?

I have a lot of pain but I've never had a full body scan done! I've never been diagnosed officially on why I have my pain.

From my experience, this is, unfortunately, part of your permanent health record. You might be able to lose it if the two doctors don't reconcile their health records and you don't give that information to the new doctor.

@M28115w You absolutely can request your medical records and carry them with you. Remove or black out parts that you want to be private, as you do not neeed to disclose all of your records at all. Permanent just means in that hospital, or office, facility. If you go out of state, the only thing that links medical records are insurance companies. They may sell your data like all of ours but it won’t be carried with you unless you decide to show it, keep it on there or use insurance records. Hope this helps my friend! 25 years in medical records and healthcare! UGH!

  1. Realbenzeyes @ Realbenzeyes: I’m salty myself, being an Ohio state fan, but Miami is winning by the smallest margin. Indiana going to be hard to beat
  2. M @ meepmoopmeep: I’m salty about the SEC being eliminated but good for Miami. it was a well fought game by both teams
  3. M @ meepmoopmeep: Imagine being a 10 seed barely squeaking into the playoffs becoming a cinderella team
  4. M @ meepmoopmeep: I think they can beat Oregon, but Indiana is too good
  5. Realbenzeyes @ Realbenzeyes: Who thinks Miami stands a chance vs either team (Oregon or Indiana) my bet is Indiana but you never know
  6. S @ sporidicus: delete this though, if it's the wrong place
  7. S @ sporidicus: sorry I don't think I know what this is for. but It's the #4 edition
  8. kemdawg99 @ kemdawg99: @sporidicus reddit maybe? What mag?
  9. kemdawg99 @ kemdawg99: Anyone heard of ethyl midazolam, cyclopropyl midazolam or ethyl flualprazolam?
  10. D @ dhertz9192@gm: Delete
  11. Thoth @ Thoth: @sporidicus honestly depends on the mag. Read read read read the forum
  12. Thoth @ Thoth: CFP needs more of an NBA or MLB playoff structure but that would be hard to structure. Divisions inside Leagues
  13. S @ sporidicus: or is there a better place on the forum to ask
  14. S @ sporidicus: can anyone help me with a chemistry problem? someone purposefully poured powdered sugar into my mag, i need to see if i can clean it off. any chemists here?
  15. M @ meepmoopmeep: agreed
  16. D @ drdrizzy13: Yea it will be tough but I think they might just have enough. I guess we will see what tomorrrow night?
  17. M @ meepmoopmeep: if miami can take down ohio then anything can happen, lmao
  18. M @ meepmoopmeep: i feel like they deserve it after all of the drama. at the same time though, Indiana is extremely good and will be a mountain for Ole Miss to climb if they make it to the championship game
  19. D @ drdrizzy13: I wouldn't mind seeing Ole Miss win either out of the teams that are left.
  20. M @ meepmoopmeep: Ole Miss has the chance to do the funniest thing ever and win a championship without Kiffin
