i had a few orders with him like 4 or 5 months ago. no recent experiences so hopefully someone else can chime in.

everything i got isn't on his list anymore but i do remember the quality not being very high. however the prices were extremely cheap so it was very much worth it imo.

also communication was extremely good and lots of transparency. i remember all my packs came in like 2 days, although at that time shipping in general was fast. overall was one of the better experiences i've had with vendors
 
Yeah I remember he was on the hydrogen approved list but it's been a while since then and he has supposed 6apb hcl for 40 which doesn't seem right. Though you're right his prices were on the lower side.
