Wasn't sure whether to start this thread in ADHD section or nootropics but since I don't actually have ADHD I thought I'd start it here. Although moDa has really helped me in terms of motivation in the past,  I am getting really sick of its side effects : jitters, heart palpitations and anxiety. I am thinking of switching to adderall to give me that boost to get things done. However from everything I've read, adderall is in fact the stronger drug with more side effects which is obviously not what I'm looking for. However as people react differently to different drugs I'm wondering if there are any people who found that actually adderall was better suited to them? I particularly dislike cardio side effects such has raised heart beats and palpitations which I am getting on the modafinil . Thanks for any experiences you can share with me

I was on aderrall for years and you will most certainly get the same effects you're already getting. My anxiety and blood pressure/heart rate  got so bad I had to stop taking it. I will also mention I'm older - very close to 50 - and I think I just got too old to be taking it anymore. I think it's worth trying but if you're trying to lose those symptoms I'm afraid you will not be able to avoid them.  Please take care of yourself and good luck!!!

Hi

I was thinking about taking the vit too. Did you try it if so how did  you get on.

I am looking for something yo help me exercise.

Thanks

Not sure if you are referring to the Addie or moda but for me personally ( and it really does depend on the person ) I would definitely not exercise after Addie ( heart beat would soar) and neither do so if you are newly taking any form of moda. Once you're used to it, and if not getting side effects like rapid heartbeats anymore , then you should be fine to exercise - but keep a check on your heart rate. It certainly does increase your motivation to excercise though! But I am super cardio conscious - hate feeling of palpitations or rapid heart beats

Thanks for answering my question, I guess I was asking about both.

Exactly as you said were all different, I guess I can but try. If my heart rate gets too high I will just stop.

Anything to try and get my bum moving.

Thanks

Let me know how you get on, i would be really interested to know. I have now done an extensive compare and contrast with the two, (always leaving a day or more free to avoid any cross contamination), and I find that if it is motivation you need, moda will definitely help. Also you are uk based like me, so moda is infinitely easier to come by and a lot cheaper than adds. But contrary to a lot of other people's experiences, I do get the same amount of crashing (anxiety/ jittery/ fast heart beat). on moda as I do adds! I have read that some people love to take moda to go to the gym a really makes them feel like doing cardio! I'm too worried about raising my heart rate but think might be all in my head ! So let me know if works for you

As I haven't tried any vits  like that I am retutlant to buy a standard order. I am searching for a chemist who does small amounts, i.e a  tester amount .

Is always amazes me how people can react so differently to to one another on the same vit.

Who is your chemist?

I've pm 'd you. I think that's the way to do it according to forum rules , if not sorry admin

as one with mild ADHD and less mild BPII, daddy will help you focus better than m0d or her overpriced enantiomer sister at even the max d05e.

Be cautious friend! If M@da gave you heart palps & anxiety, you need to be careful trying Addy...if you do, please start at a very low dose. M@da was developed for narcolepsy. While it has stimulating effects, it does not contain the amphetime salts that the typical ADHD Rx (like Addy) do.

Is Modanfil a IR drug or is it like an antidepressant that builds up in your system like Stratera? Thanks!

Hey folks! IMO Addy is ALOT stronger and extremely more addictive. It’s pure hell from My experiences actually. Moda is a whole different tamed beast, not nearly as addictive and lets you sleep compared to the other. Moda inspired my artwork as the other doesn’t, just too strong for me. Be careful with Addys as I’ve know a few folks have heart attacks from too much too fast. Just my experiences, be safe with each one as our chemistries are all different. Oh and I’m not ADHD either so...Have a peaceful Sunday good people! ✌🏼🙏❤️

I have been fine with rit, but I have been prescribed it for 15 years (add poster-child).  Definitely start in low dosages and work your way up if needed.  If I go off it for any period of time, I need to start at half my usual dose.

They all have there side affects I just make sure to not use it consecutively. I personally find cycling the easiest way to avoid tolerance. I'll try n save the amphetamines (i much prefer dex or even Vyvanse over addy) for days I know I'm gonna very busy. Other than that I will take moda one day kratom the next and microdose after that. I try to throw sober days in there whenever I can. To space everything out even more. Hope u find a solution that works for ya!

  4. Ketmaster @ Ketmaster: Know how to get a script if you don't have ADHD? A vyvanse script at least, read the DSM-V diagnostic criteria and apply the symptoms to either real thing in your life or make up shit, give examples of the symptoms, don
  5. Ketmaster @ Ketmaster: Pretty sure most pharmacies won't honor a prescription from those kinds of services.

  14. CnC5 @ CnC5: @LatsDoodis so who do you use now??? I heard adhd online is a good and easy place to get adderall! Please let me know who you go through! Thanks!
  15. LatsDoodis @ LatsDoodis: Pharmacies, too. I switched my psychiatrist and just went through a pill mill telehealth place for a half year, then it got popular and all major pharmacies stopped filling Rx stims for this company’s independent contractor-providers, regardless of any reason than they treated ADHD patients with stims and it was a lot of people. Independent medical judgment from clinicians licensed and following rules. I needed the treatment. Who cares how many patients use the company? They followed the rules.
  16. LatsDoodis @ LatsDoodis: That’s wild. It should be medical judgment, not corporate fear of lawsuits. Go set that doc straight. You need to have pain controlled aggressively or not at all. Be consistent.
