Myalias journal

awoke this morning with pain I would expect with no 0pi0dz in my system, bit slept fine due to sleep aids cus otherwise pain would likely have kept me up.

200mg pr0g also taken as usual with morning supplements.

Ran out of tr@m yesterday, so working with just kr@tom and downers(s0ma, valleys, pins, g@b@pentins).  The pain is still present though not screaming.

When I have a more regular setup I will experiment with takin pr0g at night because waiting the 45 min before d0sing in the AM is sometimes difficult if I don’t wake early enough or hurt too much in the morning to wait.

Alright! Feeling a bit better today. So I snagged some 20s0p, $15 apiece but whatever. Took 2 last eve, and of course had a shit time getting to sleep naturally but had good aids to help. Woke round 3:40 and d0sed three drops uldn, went back to sleep no problem, got up 2 hours later and d0sed 2-20mg ops(unbreakable longterm release).

Had my 200 mg pr0g.

later at work, my hip and glutes were aching which is unusual for me, probably from inactivity and taking a cyclobenzapeine last night (gross, as if I need my throat to dry out any more this winter, its all sore now). Popped another 20 a few hours after the first few and realized I probably didnt need it. Really but  now I feel well enough to actually exercise which will help the pain later if I stretch proper.

Been slacking on my entries here because I have been waiting for something I assume is lost in the mail system. Looking to be more scientific about this so I need some consistency for my data to mean anything. It is suggested to take pr0glumide one week on one off, or cycle days in order to prevent tolerance to its tolerance prevention. This week I will be removing that from rotation but continuing the uldn.  My current 0pioid intake is dictated by what I could get last minute and is bare bones for me for a few days so I likely won’t begin this journal on the daily again until I have certain things at my disposal.

FWIW, I did something similar putting 4 weeks inbetween c0d3in3 usage; Doing it once a month only for 1 week on, 4 weeks off and I STILL developed a tolerance. I was quite strict about the days and weeks because my whole purpose was not wanting to become physically dependent (a road I’ve been down before).

I did this pattern for a year. It worked great for my purpose of not becoming dependent, but I was quite shocked to notice a growing tolerance...

Interested to see if different meds have different results for you.

I absolutely love the energy the OCean provides me, unfortunately they're hard to come by (im poor)

Hello everyone!

I haven’t been active on the forum for a few months due to some turmoil in my life.

Working on trying alternative methods to manage my pain. Generally I was always getting by well enough without pain meds in the nice weather months, with some exception, but this year my pain seemed to escalate exponentially.  I am currently working on actually trying to treat the cause and do the doctor thing.

Long story but basically, split with my girlfriend, got in trouble for being under the influence at work too many times, and spent a miserable month at home while my debt piled up and the hopelessness hit hard.

I am now back to work and have my finances figured out.  I was scraping by on minimal amounts of suboxone for some time.  I currently have pretty much none left and will be going through a rough transition til I have my chemical dependency orientation where I will find out if I am to receive a sub script.  Even that is not ideal for me, but I know that I will need it available for the winter months, especially since I plan to try some procedures which should hopefully reduce my pain to manageable levels.

In the future I intend to use naltrexone to help my body recover its endogenous opioid system, and use akuamma, a natural kappa agonist to help my pain.

I am mot certain when that will be but I will add to this journal periodically with updates.
