Need help with Shulginlab.com

An associate tried to advertise on reddit (Chem Research) specifically. Shulginlab was closed, has been closed, and not taken 1 fucking order..... YET, they call scam on the site. Bashing left and right. We are doing right. Opening when all is ready to ship smoothly. Does anyone suggest we change our domain name? Or, say fuck this small group of scammers that rep para and gcc only and scam everyone else?
