Overall, personally I'm just asking clientele for efficiency. I've never been happy not to answer any question, not for a second. And we treat all our customers the best we possibly can. But with 25% "researching btc", never placing orders, dropping in to ask what's for dinner? I'm very busy right now and I want to give everyone great service, this is hindering,

Ive had 5 customers orders update tonight on the other side of the US that didnt even get their initial scan. 0 movement from label created till it landed in their city 3 days later

But never even chatted w the dude, so his recommendation isn't gonna make me wanna do business, at the end of the day man just come coin ready. It's been ummm 100 emails and promises and no follow thru, now I like ya but I'm busy. I like straight shooters my customers know that. Thanks for the heads up @iamgroot I've been hearing a few customer's speaking of slowdowns but not on one particicular vendor. No wo way holiday slowdowns start mid-November in 2025 but like you said we'll have to wait and see.
