Newb Saying Hello!

I just wanted to say hello to everyone and introduce myself. I'm a single mom working 2 jobs with chronic kidney disease stage 2. I had a left partial nephrectomy in 2007 that has left me with severe nerve damage as well as anxiety issues. I was doing find until I lost my medical benefits and now have turned here for help. So that's a little about me, thanks for taking the time to read this and for all the wonderful information I've found so far!
