Hi all. I was reading here yesterday looking for help and decided to register to have access to the smart people!
I recently had a bad experience with a purchase. 60% of an order was replaced with a brand I did not order. I asked to return those and get what I asked for. At first the seller agreed then he kind of lost his mind, hurled insults, called me ungrateful (the replacement was supposedly a better quality), ranted about the money he would lose and threatened to call the police quoting Not For Human Consumption. I also found out a friends order was messed up.
I'm not sure how to handle this. At this point it's the principal, although I would like what I ordered.
Any advice? Thanks
