Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to say hi and glad to be a part of this awesome forum!

I sometimes struggle with insomnia, and that is the main reason I am interested in this forum, though I also sometimes have anxiety as well.

This forum has already been very helpful for me and I hope to be able to contribute back.
