Am middle aged physical wreck with a good heart, or so I've been told. Live with pain of the physical and emotional and sometimes do not feel good hearted. Hope to find support and offer advice.  The latter is aimed at harm reduction of both physical and mental because as both a medical professional and sufferer, if I haven't lived it, I've seen it. Am angered with my profession handing over PM care to unqualified agencies for both the deleterious effects on myself and fellow sufferers. We do treat our pets better,and while I wouldn't want this to change, I wonder how their masters are supposed to muster through the very long lives most will lead without passionate care. Blessings.

The big near-half-pound slab of Hersheys Symphony bar with the BLUE label is hands down the best mainstream chocolate bar in America. You folks over across the pond kill it with Cadbury’s and I won’t deny it’s the best but those damn blue symphonies have me hooked.
