No Touch Screen Functionality on Phone

Probably something idiotic I'm overlooking, but I can't scroll up and down, zoom in, zoom out, etc... with my phone. I just get stuck at the top left of the screen. 

My other touch screen devices work fine with the site.

Anyone else experience this?

 
What browser do you use on your phone? I just use chrome, I don't like the stock one. But it sounds like s browser issue. I am no expert however! 

 
I never did upgrade the browser so I will try that. I think it's just old-school explorer.

Im not much for using the net on phones with such tiny screens. I can actually type pretty well, but it's another story on a phone being all thumbs!

The big near-half-pound slab of Hersheys Symphony bar with the BLUE label is hands down the best mainstream chocolate bar in America. You folks over across the pond kill it with Cadbury’s and I won’t deny it’s the best but those damn blue symphonies have me hooked.
