Unfortunately, I don't care WHO your go-to person is, chances are you will be screwed over sooner or later. And they know there's nothing we can do! What are you going to do, go down there and kick ass? Even if they are blacklisted, people are still going to try and use them. The best way, in my opinion only, to deal with these people, is to be simple and to the point. Don't blow up their mailboxes with question after question about your order. Certainly don't threaten them - all they have to do is ignore you. Always, always, always check and double-check the info you give to MG and WU. If one letter is off, no pickup. Another day delay. If you were shorted, tell them - suggest a solution. In other words, be of little words! The easier YOU make it, the better they like it. I just think the most important thing to remember is to be polite and to the point. I'm not saying ass kiss, but don't flame and curse. It doesn't get you anywhere, and chances are, they will delay you on purpose. Remember, they hold all the cards - we, on the other hand, are pretty much at their mercy.
When I read through one pharmacy's posts, it is so funny that as soon as someone gets one order on time, all of a sudden that pharm is golden! Then the next couple posts are how people are waiting for a week, and now that same pharm is shit! Their business is truly a roll of the dice - just remember who you are dealing with, and what you are buying. It's not like you can stop payment, call the BBB, or go to the complaint department! I just wish that someday, someone who really knows how to run a business, would take over one of these places - but I guess that person would be running a legit business.
