That’s a normal message in my experience when they’ve veered off course but not in a questionable way. My shit has literally been out but not dropped and taken back to the paper factory, or almost at my paper factory but gets off on exit going to a diff one so it will say something like prep message - bc quite frankly they have nothing straightforward to say except “hang on, we are fucking up and currently trying to unfuck it up.”
