Hello. I was a member years ago, but stopped checking in because I found an awesome & reliable "guy" after the Ryan law. I am back & excited to be involved. You all have always been a wealth of knowledge & helped me in the past. Take care!

Took just one idiot to make things hard on us.  Thanks for joining our community.  I'm sure you can contribute a few things yourself.

 
WELCOME BACK! Glad to have another experienced member. Like I have just seen READ before posting as some of the accepted posts are now against the rules. Glad to have you and choose wisely.

 
Thanks everyone! Yes, I need to read up on the "rules", to familiarize myself with the changes. Like many, if not most of you all; I have been burned & played regarding past experiences. Thanks for the kind words & advice.

 
I second that, this board is not affiliated in anyway with Alex and I have made a few screw ups with forum rules, read them and take to heart. The people here and senior members are very protective as well as they should be, but they are very forgiving and sweetest people you will find!
