Greggy, I'm sorry but I can't point to any one vendor and say this is what you need. I can suggest you read the international section, become educated and make an informed choice based on the reviews and research you've done.

I have had scripted 3mg X's and they are time release. I wasn't knocked or found it over whelming, it was just a long half life. sorry if that's old I just glanced through this.  I was put on them after a rape that occurred and I wanted to depend on 1 pill to get me through the day - and not find myself shaking in the bathroom dropping meds everywhere.  I haven't heard of 5's but if they were real, I'd imagine it would be like the 3's makeup

i used to love the ksalol its been a year or so i concider them alot better then the india stuff for sure. the only thing i didnt like was you have to swallow them fast i remember as the taste sticks in your mouth and even brushing your teath doesnt work if you wait even a few seconds, its best to have a drink and get them down fast
