Kerby87 with many successful deliveries. But the last shipment didn't go through because of general delivery problem which wasn't my fault. So I decided to refund all my clients and wait till we figure out a new shipping channel with 100% guarantee delivery success rate for China - Worldwide shipping. Other clients accepted refund but @
Kerby87 denied and asked me to try sending again which I did but the shipment still didn't go through. His order quantity was 1kg but i ended up losing 3kg because i wanted to make it right with him.
I even sent him a pm earlier today to confirm his delivery address so i can send him a 50g pack for free through our new shipping channel. This is totally unacceptable.
