Panic attacks are back

Hi Everyone,

I haven't been on the forum in some time because I went into a period of remission and was feeling great. Then we made a big move to a new state, new part of the country, and BAM, my sever panic attacks are back and worse than ever. Last night I had a recurring one over and over again for an hour straight where I would have a few minutes of relief, then the heart rate would speed up again and over and over again, felt for sure I was going to die. They are horrible and I don't wish them on my worst enemy.

If you can relate, then I'm sending healing vibes to you as well.

I always loved this forum. I'm sorry I was MIA for so long, but again, I figured why get in the mix if I wasn't needing the meds, right? Now I'm needing them again badly. Trying to place an order today so fingers crossed my old vendors don't turn me away because of inactivity.

Positive vibes your way I feel your pain I often get them daily Havnt been able to get anything lately so for now just been doing cbd and Ashwagandha and also Valerian root until then
