I am disabled and going to a pain doctor. I have taken valium for many years for a terrible anxiety problem I have. My pain dr. gives urine tests at every visit and they have detected diazepam in my system. Does anyone know of a way to get valium out of your system before a drug test? Is there a foolproof way to do this?

 
No foolproof way that I am aware of. Abbie Hoffman, in his book Steal This Urine Test, suggests diluting your urine as much as possible by staying up and drinking as much water as you can before you go there.
