Password Protected Section

Have been a member for a while and can’t find any info on how to gain access to the password protected section. Can someone please share info on what is required to gain access? Or send the thread where it explains?

Ya during a time I was a bit more active on the forums I would get people PMing me an offer to join the PW protected areas but not as often anymore it seems. Also every time the PW procted areas would not be shipping to my country it's typically US To US from what I recall.
