I'd always start out with lukewarm water, I'm pretty sure all the freezer helps out with is making the acetaminophen fall to the bottom anyway. easiest is to also use a mason jar while shaking so that you can guarentee no spillage unless you have actual beakers and a magnetic stirrer.
