Pickles?

Hey guys - so don't laugh too hard as I do generally know my way around and, in particular, have picked up nearly all drug slang pretty well. But for the life of me I cannot remember ever using the term or hearing any of my friends use the term "pickles." What are they? Thanks and sorry for being a bonehead!!! hahahaha --rocketman
