Hello, I got a nose surgery to repair a broken nose and unfortunately several days after the surgery I re-broke my nose and also perhaps suffered a concussion due to the way I acted after, not thinking, forgot I shouldn't go to sleep after something like that but also felt super tired and went to bed immediately, then because I was angry/upset I decided to start smoking even when I'd quit until I was suppose to be recovered from surgery. Then when smoking I felt a tear in the bottom left under my jawline/left part of my throat. I imagine it's an airway or something. I also now have a hole in my left nasal wall now since re-breaking it.
This has been a year+, it's still as terrible as it what a few weeks after the event. I still smoke but 1/10th to 1/100th of the ability/capacity I used to be able to. It hurts so bad to smoke, but I do it because I have a lot of other body problems and I use the weed for pain management but I can't really tell doctors in the US that as it's "bad behavior".
I think 1) I need someone to take my problem seriously 2) to find out what it is and possibly fix it if possible I'd love to be able to breathe again without pain/swallow without pain, and maybe smoke again one day and enjoy it. 3) medication I think I'm a perfect candidate for long term usage of this stuff for my throat tear but a doctor has to be willing to try it, and after a bunch of other meds, and even as a long term option they have to sign on for.
Do you think it's reasonable as a med for the rest of my life with proper/minimal usage? and also any ideas for my problem? I'm concerned I'm patient #0 for my dumbness.
