Hi all! I’ve been having immense difficulty with this. Coinbase has given me really low limits even with ID and I have to wait a week before I can send funds to a wallet after purchasing. I’ve had similar difficulty with Cashapp. Been reading through the threads and seen a lot of suggestions for wallets/storage, but not much recent info on purchasing new coin/sending to wallet. I’d like to buy XMR or BTC and send to a wallet as anonymously as possible. What platform is best for buying these coins? If anyone could share advice I’d greatly appreciate it!

TL:DR:: What’s the best way to buy and send XMR/BTC with the least hassle?

Buying crypto at an ATM can possibly offer you a little more anonymity...Some require ID, others dont. The rates will be pretty high and thery do it on purpose usually for that reason. Your never going to be fully anonymous but there are different things you can do to play it safe. I love Tails and the process is pretty easy but it can be time consuming. Try looking into that, it comes with a wallet that you can store offline. Other options might be using non custodial wallets & using a mixer for your crypto. Just be careful though do your research to avoid getting scammed. I try to avoid platforms that require tons of my personal information.. Not a fan of that sht at all.

Blockstream Green for BTC. It's been fantastic IMO. Fast. anonymous, and free.

It's not just a wallet? I didn't see any option where to buy/sell there. Also from their website:
"Blockstream Green is not a platform for buying and selling bitcoin. Blockstream Green is a Bitcoin wallet, which is a way for you to securely receive, store, and send bitcoin and Liquid Assets."

It's just a wallet, but you can transfer BTC into it from other exchanges that allow you to buy and sell.. Where that wallet sends money after its received is (supposedly) anonymous.

Took your advice. I actually like it but Im always having trouble with the dang DOA so having to delete the current one and re-sync frequently.. Also another thing I find a little annoying is that your having to relay on the other parties time frame... For example , I might send $$ for BTC after the 5th confirmation but then I find out that the sellers bank has to approve things on his end and it takes 1-2 extra days.. So I guess my advice for Bisq is its not super good for emergencies/if you run out of mags and need to get some ASAP because it takes time.. BUT I love the whole non KYC concept.. Cant have it all.. I know I know

  10. LatsDoodis @ LatsDoodis: Don’t message people about things like veterinary care without taking care to mind the rules you two crazy nuts. More at stake than getting bad info or scammed, there’s predators out there looking for bigger fish and will step on a guppy to get to them. Fishing expeditions aren’t just for private citizens enjoying a calm weekend exploring the lake for a fish hookup. Offish of offishial fishing investigations may be looking for the best fishing hole and scare off the big
  11. xenxra @ xenxra: what do you mean "what happened to it"? it's sitting at the store on the bubblegum rack like it always has
