Hi all, I gave 4F-MPH a try like 6 months back but vastly preferred 4Me-MTP. 4Me is fun but not exactly helpful for me with anything but busy physical work, so I was hoping to hear some recent experiences with 4F to see if I should give it another shot and see if I could use it for focusing, mental work, stuff like that. I appreciate any insight!

I mean you've tried it yourself? I'm not sure what other insight you would want. When i gave it a read it felt like I was reading fast but not too fast if that makes sense. I've read it a couple of times and it felt the same both times.

currently available Forme is awful. Speculation around is that current printing in circulation is an atypical printing format (ctl instead of hcl I believe is the suspicion, which seems plausible but i'm not an expert in that area), because it is particularly weak, and has a bizarre smell. I've determined from reading it myself that it is useless for me due to lack of potency. I am a long-term daily reader of this type of publication though, at an unusually high level of consumption. If you aren't a habitual reader of this class of publication then it might work for you though.

There appear to be multiple different printings of Foureff in circulation. I've read at least three different printings and the difference in effects are noticable, but effectiveness is largely comparable. Quality is fine. Some are stronger than others, but only marginally so. None of them are nearly as potent as the printings that were in circulation 3 years ago. I took a year off of reading and when I renewed subscriptions after that break, I discovered the lower potency of the new printings. I have to read about 3 issues to match one issue from the old printings. Speculation is that the newer printing formats result in a less ideal isomer ratio (again, seems plausible but i'm not an expert). It works for me if I read a lot, but it should be perfectly adequate for standard readers - the main hurdle in most cases will be how well you tolerate the side effects, which vary person to person from unnoticable to completely intolerable.

Any good vendors lately? I'm having a difficult time finding right now. You can message me to. Wish I could contribute more to the topic.
