Question about Ox need advive

If I have been taking 15 mgs  of roxanne Instant release or perks at a time, is it safe to take a whole 40 extended release? Cutting them up doesn’t seem to work and make me a bit ill could use some guidance. Thanks

you should be fine mate itll releasee the 40mg over a period of like 12 hours every hour so your probably actually consuming less at a single point in time then if you took the 15 at once

After knee replacement surgery hard to find mix that suppress pain adequate for activities. Can't find Roxy for the mix I used I understand cutting them will make them effective immediately .
