If you look around, generally you can email the vendor and ask if they'll do a smaller order. The problem with small orders is that shipping costs and other fees start to become a large percentage of the overall order.

Are you looking for a small amount of a bunch of different stuff or just a couple mags in total? If you only want a few pages out of a specific magazine and that's it, I would try emailing a few vendors and see if they'll do a small order for you.
 
Everyone should know how to BTC, it's 2025.
Also without it, you don't have many vendor options.
