I have been caught out by the "lidocaine and caffine" varieant of DMC. Its so obvious now where the discrepencies come from. Having tried both larocaine and its imposter, he says real larrocaine should feel alot less abrasive on the nose, it should also smell alot closer to the "real thing".
The numbing effect is also SIGNIFICANTLY greater for pure larrocaine over the lido+ caffine.
