just about any from amazon with good reviews but being a bit paranoid it might be worth ordering that with a gift card to a locker. i heat separately myself so can't speak to hot plate but stirrers should run about 30 USD. note that having glass and the stirrer could cause a publishing charge to be tacked on in the unfortunate event regulators became aware of your reading or library check-out activity
