Red lights inside Switzerland house

I'm in Switzerland right now and the home next to my hotel has a bunch of red lights inside. Not just one. But the entire 2nd and 3rd floor. Does this mean what I think it means??????

 
Sex work is legal in Switzerland and there are 'red-light" districts, yes.  I have no clue about that particular house tho :81_joy_cat: :81_joy_cat: :81_joy_cat:
