If your training and diet is in order will you grow more the more you take? Yes

But realize as you increase dosing the sides also increase, and they do NOT increase proportional to your gains!

You get to a point where (these #'s are fabricated as this is an individual thing and only for sake of example)
- 1g increase will yield 25% incease in growth and 15% increase in sides
- 2g increase will yield an additional 15% growth increase, yet sides may be 20% additional increase
- 3g increase yield ADDITIONAL 5-10% growth while sides are now up another 25%

.... and so on....

Realize more is not better. How can you train if you feel like shit? How can you grow if kidneys, liver and digestive track is stressed and not functioning optimally? Not digesting and absorbing food, not filtering toxins and electrolyte balance, not able to defend itself against what is needed......

Hopefully this point is very clear.....

Isn’t it ironic  how PED user knew this 40 years ago, but a lot of people don’t seem to realize it now that we know so much more about how the body response to Drugs?  Are people just get stupider?

@Victor Roma LOL ... no comment

i think people think PEDS are going to solve everything and they dont have to worry about a damn thing... Nutrition/ training / and  recovery wise .. “THE TR3N WILL TAKE CARE OF IT “

@Ayyy7393 no comment because you agree or disagree? Look at the cycles that Lou Ferigno and Arnold used back in the day. Even in the early days of pro wrestling the cycles were moderate.

Sure people say they’re not telling the whole truth, but just look at Randy the macho man savage in the 80s and early 90s, compared to his “snap into a slim Jim” days,  later wrestling career, and cameo in the 2002 Spiderman. you could tell he was megadosing then. Look at other pro wrestlers from the late eighties/early 90s compared to how they look today.

Back then they just used PED’s to repair their muscles so they could perform 350 days a year, not to be as huge, cut, and vascular as possible. That’s why the old school bodybuilders and pro wrestlers for the most part are still alive

*and just remember, there’s a huge difference between an intelligent debate and a flame war. A lot of the Young bloods don’t seem to realize that

At least that 3 to 5 year fad of “I can eat whatever I want and train like shit and the DNP will take care of it” never caught on.

It looked like it was going to until about a dozen people Quite literally cooked themselves from the inside out... I don’t want to mention any names because I don’t feel like being sued, but one of them was a so-called Fitness expert touting DNP As “safe and effective if used properly”  on his podcast and website, Before spending a week in the hospital with an ice water enema up his ass!

Karma’s a bitch if you cross her

  1. Realbenzeyes @ Realbenzeyes: Hopefully it will just be a good game. Watching TCU’s natty run was about the worst it can get. Please don’t give us another blow out 60 min lol
  2. Realbenzeyes @ Realbenzeyes: As much as I would like to see Carson Back win a natty after all he’s been through. I just don’t see it
  3. Realbenzeyes @ Realbenzeyes: The U isn’t stopping that offense or defense. Even if they do manage to some what dumb down that defense. The offense is just way too explosive! Fkin Indiana who would’ve known lol
  4. M @ meepmoopmeep: Wasn’t fun watching Oregon get curb stomped in the first half but Indiana deserved the win more
  5. M @ meepmoopmeep: I think Indiana is going to win the natty
  6. D @ drdrizzy13: wow Indiana looking really really good.

  8. Realbenzeyes @ Realbenzeyes: I’m salty myself, being an Ohio state fan, but Miami is winning by the smallest margin. Indiana going to be hard to beat
  9. M @ meepmoopmeep: I’m salty about the SEC being eliminated but good for Miami. it was a well fought game by both teams
  10. M @ meepmoopmeep: Imagine being a 10 seed barely squeaking into the playoffs becoming a cinderella team
  11. M @ meepmoopmeep: I think they can beat Oregon, but Indiana is too good
  12. Realbenzeyes @ Realbenzeyes: Who thinks Miami stands a chance vs either team (Oregon or Indiana) my bet is Indiana but you never know

  18. Thoth @ Thoth: @sporidicus honestly depends on the mag. Read read read read the forum
  19. Thoth @ Thoth: CFP needs more of an NBA or MLB playoff structure but that would be hard to structure. Divisions inside Leagues
