Look at the bottom of this screen (or any screen).

There is a black rectangular button that says 'Reply'.

Below are the words "Fast Reply".

I can only surmise 1 of 2 things -- 'Reply' replies to the prior poster; "Fast Reply is for a general reply to no particular poster.

'Reply' supports UBB code, "Fast Reply" doesn't...

Someday I'll read the man pages for IP Board SW, but not now /default_smile.png

Lmao! 1/2life. I never noticed that before. I mostly post to the forum from my phone so that option is never there for me. I was thinking you were crazy. Fast reply vs reply ...... What's the difference? Uhm ....... One is fast one is normal? That's what I thought you were asking.
