This is ridiculous. I have been on hold with RIA for almost an hour to see if my transfer will go through, and it's probably wasted time because I'm most likely going to be denied. This is RIDICULOUS. Ria SUCKS.

 
Agreed. I tried to send last night for the first time. My account was blocked but they took the money anyway. Reading reviews online, it sounds like I might have a long wait for a refund. I used the payment method requested by my favorite vendor...but now I’m out $300 and am blocked from sending. Due to issues on the receivers end, not mine.  They said that I could send in person, and live in a rule area and there isn’t one location… I actually couldn’t find one in my entire state. I’m sure there’s one somewhere, but not within driving distance.  I just hope my vendor has an alternative payment method! Yes, RIA does suck:(

  19. xenxra @ xenxra: @Poppycock i can't recall if this popped up when I did my order however it's letting me bypass that section of checkout by just toggling "None" on the 3 marked checkboxes. Worst case scenario they just refund you after checkout. I would just try that if you really need it for medical purposes. My gut is telling me this is what I had to do but like I said, i can't recall 100%
