Roasted tomatillo salsa for tacos or dipping

2# tomatillo

1 large white onion quartered 

6 each jalapeños halved

toss all in olive oil and roast at 500 for 10 min.

cool and purée in blender or juicer until smooth

add juice of two limes, salt to taste

add fresh jalapeños before blending for extra spice(or habaneros😊)
