I am so happy spring is here! This past winter was pretty mild where I live but I get pretty bummed out in the winter regardless. Bummed in a "FTW, I wish everyone would die" kind of way. I don't like antidepressants but they gave me a special lamp that didn't do anything; even if I sat by it for hours every day. They said it would simulate natural sunlight but the one they gave me must have been defective.
I always feel sick when its cold. I know I could cure it by living somewhere else during the winter. Ive been thinking Phoenix is my best bet, I use to think maybe Dallas but I dont know if its the pollution or what but the sun seems alot dimmer in TX than AZ.
@girlgerms Please dont think I am following you around and forum stalking you!!! I go through a bit of a depressive each winter and this year was the worst. I live in a warm weather clime and our winter was not bad at all and I was miserable all winter. I didnt want to do anything or go anywhere. I hated everyone and everything and I did not want to go to work. All I wanted to do was sleep and sit on my ass and do nothing. I struggled through it and as soon as it got a little warm my mood shifted instantly. It was like a light switch went off and my mood exploded into sunshine, rainbows and lollipops! I think next year I might start going to the tanning bed or trying one of those sunlight lamps. Even my pills didnt perk me up and that is bad.
I promise I am not stalking you Its just funny that you posted this because I was talking to a friend of mine about 2 weeks ago about this and she mentioned getting a sun light lamp. I dont want to take anti depressants but if it gets bad again next year, I might. I was so bummed out.
Lol, its cool. I get a little manic at this time of year. Were I'm at the weather pulls a few fast ones before settling on letting spring have its way, the sun will come out one day and it can be over 80 degrees. But its just a ruse.....2 days later there will be snow on the ground and a windchill that freezes bones to where I cannot get warm from any heat source.
Supposedly these lamps can be a real lifesaver for people with this problem. That's why I think my lamp was defective, the one they gave me wasn't cheap but I can't find hardly any reviews for it online. Next year I'm going to give it a try with a different one.
I get so annoyed when someone says "Just throw on a couple layers" or "its not even that cold" ugh. I get my payback in summer I guess when everyone is melting and sitting real still in front of the AC units. I just stand right in the sun drenched in sweat and cant be any happier My ideal outside temp is 95-100 with plenty of sunshine. Just drinks lots of water, sure beats throwing on a bunch of layers
@girlgerms I always get the strange looks too when I tell people I dig the heat. I can never put on enough clothes to stay warm and it seems like if I get cold in Oct/Nov, I stay that way until springtime. Fortunately where I live we get few cold days and I rarely have to bundle up. We have had a great spring so far and I think our summer is going to be blazing hot. I like sweating cuz it makes me think I am getting all the poison out of my body. I sure do hate freezing though!!!
@MorfineOrfan:
Well Ladies and gents , we made it to yet another Friday. Stay safe out there and enjoy your weekend.
N@neurowoot:
@moai because i don't need it yet, im not at a point where im going to turn off my natural production when i have brought my numbers up to mid normal range
@MrFuszy:
Anyone check out my full jenny blogger post ib made
@Candyshop:
how you feeling Maol last we sold just making sure your good anything I can go
@moai:
@CalFresh Nah it doesn’t hurt to me but some ppl complain abt it, but I do 200mg per pin. So if you wanted a higher dose than that each I’d do multiple spots. Also I only recently got gluta from somewhere that wasn’t pharma grade, and these don’t even hurt either.
@moai:
@neurowoot Bro no offense but that protocol seems so cope. Why aren’t you just on TRT?
D@drdrizzy13:
I started going slightly grey in high school
@tiquanunderwood:
I'm 35 with a full head of hair so very grateful. I take that shit serious haha.
@tiquanunderwood:
Enclopmiphene raised me to 800s and I did gailn more muscle but nothing compared to 150mg.T. I don't have male pattern baldness as neither of my older brothers are, and our mom's dad had a full head of hair which is where the gene comes from. I just found the minimal effective dose that also gave me the look I like and I've had no estrogen issues or acne. But there's always aromasin and accutane
N@neurowoot:
Layne_Cobain, slightly cheaper option, has an okay success rate... HCG and Kisspeptin, alternating days (mostly). Brought me from 319 to 540. Not the worst. HCG specifically helps with balls volume haha
L@Layne_Cobain:
I’ve always had severe anxiety also but I think the chronically low t (125 total) for 5 plus years now is making it worse…did trt help you with anxiety or depression if you had any of that?
L@Layne_Cobain:
@tiquanunderwood did the enclomiphene not do much for yah? Yeah it’s not so much being on it for life as the side effects-shrinking nuts, hair loss, infertility exc
@tiquanunderwood:
But if you're afraid of inj3cting or being on it for life, once I started it I was more than cool with being on it forever. I feel so much fucking better.
@tiquanunderwood:
I used enclomiphene for a few months, then hopped on TRT a few years ago at 32. 0p1ates destroyed my endocrine system, even while off them for over a year my T levels were about 150 ng/dl. TRT best decision I ever made, and $200 covers the whole year for me. Excluding bloodwork of course.
@tiquanunderwood:
Think you've had enough Happy almost Friday everyone!
