I’ve got a couple of small magazines to send to a buddy. I was wondering if anyone could help me out on what the type of charcoal wrap commonly used is called. 

 
i'm pretty sure that stuff does nothing and is pointless, just done out of habit by our hispanic friends. you can get sheets of malleable lead off of amazon if you wanna go overboard. otherwise, just make sure nothing rattles and the package does not look sketch.
