ShippiNg status says Mechanical Error??

Has anyone ever seen this from a well known carrier?

  • When I check the status of my package, it says that my delivery is delayed due to a mechanical failure and that my package will be delivered as soon as possible.
Thanks....I'm worried :-/

 
Don't be worried bro, Mechanical failure = Flat Tire, Plane out of fuel, Sorting belt broke, delivery truck fender bender..etc.
