im dieting for a show so so i feel very lethargic in the mornings when i need to do fasted cardio. Looking for something thats in and out quickly (making an intranasal spray). I can take care of the rest of the day with my prescription vyvanse.

4-METMP seems like a good, euphoric stim that lasts about 2hrs. It's quite good actually, although I wish it would last longer.
