sinus headache or tension headache? anyone have experience?

Hey everyone, 

I need some advice, i had dental cleaning done, and after that on 12/17/18 as the weather started getting colder, i started getting headaches. It starts slowly on the left side above my upper rear jaw and than Pain/pressure behind hind and headache. I am not sure if its sinus related or tension headache from work, or rebound headaches from stopping certain meds? 

The past 2days i been taking sudafed and micinex to see if its sinus related, but prior 2weeks just advil and excedrine. I would have to wait like 30mins for the excedrine to kick in, 

anyone dealt with this type of headache 

 
i figured i have cluster headaches, i did allot of googling smoogling 

 
hard to tell, hope it don't get worst with my dental work this week.

definately sinus i think, and having dental procedure done, doesn't help either....
