What used to be good has gone to hell. Not to mention there extremely rude customer service agent using slang terms a teenager would use as well as sending multiple messages telling me how much of an idiot I am for buying ex’s from them and telling me to just “own it” This is suppose to be a reputable company. I just don’t see it. Maybe they used to be. But telling customers to “own it” when they don’t receive there order and just be completely rude? That doesn’t seem like something any reputable company would ever do. As much as I hate to say it (as there product list and price is good) I think this company is full of bullshit and you should just take your money elsewhere 

 
You might be right myfatass friend, but considering your account is so new I’d love to hear some feedback from any of the more seasoned vets around here. I’m not in anyway saying myfatass is wrong, just curious what anyone else thinks. It’s been a couple years since I’ve Smokey’d, but I loved having that 24/7 customer service. Hopefully myfatass is just venting from one bad experience.

But definitely what I ordered and I thought he was honest because I asked for something very close to it and i said what about that one. Yeah I got it. And the comms were wired and he was really wanting me to make his forum board look better. Now I know the first thing to look at even before the menu. But I have some business with usps tomorrow and will ask for everything mailed to me especially packages
