Someone gimme recepy for potato marinade

For now i tried two. One where i put jogurt and thats was tastey,  Other was beer senf ketchup curry garlic mix and it was yuck. Need advice to impreas friends

 
Marinate in olive oil, chopped fresh thyme, rosemary, and parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, Hungarian paprika, salt and pepper(fresh cracked if you have). Bake at 375 25-30 minutes😊
